Laggi leads the delivery of all learning and education across all offices at Foster + Partners. Since joining in 2015, he has introduced multiple initiatives that have provided people with unique professional and personal development including the UK's first internal Part 3 qualification, Architectural Apprenticeships and many inspirational lectures, workshops and training programmes. The Learning and Development team continue to pursue new ways of learning using innovative methods. Laggi was made an Associate Partner in 2017, and then promoted to Partner in 2019.
