Alessandro is Head of Workplace Consultancy at Foster + Partners. With more than 25 years' experience in workplace strategy, real estate and design, he has worked with leadership teams of some of the top Fortune 500 companies to help them create a vision, build ownership of changes to the workplace and behaviours to improve colleague experience, engagement and business performance. As well as undertaking public speaking engagements, Alessandro has taught workplace strategy at IED and at Polytechnic University of Milan.
