Owe is a partner who recently led part of the Bloomberg headquarters design team in London. He joined Foster + Partners as a student to work on More London and rejoined the practice in 2002, after completing his studies at the Department of Architecture, Technical University Carolo-Wilhelmina Braunschweig, Germany and the University of Oulu, Finland. He initially worked on Bishops Square and Walbrook Square, both large mixed-use developments in London, as well as competitions in Qatar. He became associate partner in 2009 and partner in 2012.
