Jeffrey studied architecture at the University of East London. After graduating in 2009, Jeffrey worked with Austin-Smith:Lord on projects in the Middle East, before joining Foster + Partners in 2011. Since joining Foster + Partners, Jeffrey has worked on various projects across the Middle East and the US, including the National Bank of Kuwait Headquarters and Apple Park. In 2017, Jeffrey relocated to Kuwait to supervise the construction of Kuwait International Airport.
