Carolyn was born in Edinburgh and studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and the ETSAB in Barcelona. She joined Foster + Partners in 2006 to work on Madrid’s City of Justice Law Courts, and has since worked in London and New York on a number of key projects. Carolyn previously co-ran the Foster + Partners site office in Mexico City, working with local architects FR-EE on Mexico City’s New International Airport.
