Alison leads Foster + Partners' bid team, working with studio teams to build the best match between design team and client for each project opportunity. She studied history of art and architecture at The Courtauld, and joined the practice in 2017 after stints at Zaha Hadid Architects and David Chipperfield Architects. When not at work, you'll find Alison in a paddock somewhere training her latest project horse.
