2017 marks a significant milestone for both Open House and Foster + Partners, as we celebrate our 25th and 50th anniversaries respectively. For the past 20 years, Foster + Partners has opened its London studio to visitors for Open House weekend, giving them a glimpse into the creative process behind some of the projects at the practice. This year, we are opening more of our studio space than ever before. You will have the opportunity to see the way we work, with interactive displays to give an insight into the work of specialist teams, alongside a special exhibition focusing on current work.

Open House London is an annual celebration of the capital’s architecture. It takes place during the weekend of 16-17 September 2017, when more than 700 buildings, many of which are normally closed, are opened to the public – all for free. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the richness of London’s architectural heritage.
