The brief for this new range of shops and franchises for Cacharel Menswear called for an image reminiscent of nineteenth-century English traditions of gentlemen’s outfitters and fine luggage. The storage and display system, combined with a specially designed display table, is based on a 1200 x 600 x 2100 millimetre module, oak-lined cabinet, backed with Irish linen and painted British Racing Green. Interior elements of these cabinets can be assembled and reassembled by shop assistants into a wide variety of combinations. Alongside the fittings, a corporate identity was developed, covering everything from logo and price tags, to shoe trees and wrapping paper.
