Corby Academy

Corby/ UK, 2004-2008

The 1250 pupil Academy has a specialism in ‘Business and Enterprise.’ The design concept responds to two key criteria: housing the organisational structure required to teach the proposed curricula, and recognising the strategic importance of the school in the Priors Hall masterplan; a new development with a dense mix of work, retail and residential accommodation.

The Troika

Kuala Lumpur/ Malaysia, 2004-2009

Located at the north-eastern corner of the Park, within the precincts of Kuala Lumpur City Centre – Kuala Lumpur’s ‘city within a city’ – the Troika development combines apartments, offices, shops and restaurants within a single complex, with the aim of promoting a more sustainable, densely planned approach to living and working in the twenty-first century city.

Silken Hotel Aldwych

London/ UK, 2004-2009

The first UK venture for the Spanish Silken Hotel Group is located on a prominent site at the intersection of the Strand and the Aldwych. The project will deliver a bold contemporary vision within this richly historic location.

Zenith Music Venue

Saint Etienne/ France, 2004-2008

The Zenith will be a state-of-the-art music and cultural facility for St. Etienne that will place the formerly industrial city on the cultural map, forming the heart of an exciting project to revitalise the area to the north-east of the city centre.
