City CenterDC

Washington/ USA, 2006-2013

The concept for the “City Center DC” is rooted in the original and historic fine urban grain. It reintroduces the classic tree-lined and urban landscaped streets and alleyways of Washington DC, while also re-establishing the plazas and open spaces that once existed on the site. Establishing a new neighborhood, the mixed-use scheme will provide a lively destination in which to live, work, shop and enjoy leisure time across its diverse buildings and rich public realm.
