The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences

The ultimate luxury getaway, the Harmon Hotel is a non-gaming hotel that forms a striking gateway to the MGM Project in Las Vegas. Fronting the Strip at the corner of Harmon Avenue, it will be one of the tallest buildings on this famed Las Vegas boulevard. Defined by a dynamic curving façade, it has a strong visual presence and provides ample opportunity for sweeping views along the Strip, up Harmon Avenue and back to the Bellagio Fountains – becoming literally a window on the city. Accessed via a geometric pedestrian bridge over Harmon Avenue, its shimmering façade is animated at night with a dazzling lighting scheme.

The hotel and condominium elements are arranged within the tower that is expressed as a single element and is separated from the hotel facilities by a dynamic vertical slot that forms part of the Hotel and Condominium lobby. From within this lively space the visitor will be able to gain access to the hotel and its unique facilities, which include destination restaurants and shops, a state of the art conference suite, and a luxurious spa and south facing pool deck, positioned on an adjacent podium building some 80 feet above the Strip. The pool deck will not only be a place to relax during the day, but will come alive at night for events and parties.

Challenging the accepted rules of hotel design, the Harmon Hotel is conceived by an innovative and inspired client, Andrew Sasson of The Light Group, and will push the boundaries of the hospitality industry to new limits with a design strategy that combines a sleek, modern exterior with a highly luxurious interior.
